The crushing system of sintered coal is an integral part of the preparation process of sintered coal fuel. In the process of production, the system will produce coal dust, which will cause environmental pollution. The environmental protection dust removal system for environmental control generally adopts the methods of bag dust removal and induced draft fan dust collection. The usual practice is whether the equipment producing dust works or not, and neither does it. Whether pipe equipment can produce dust in work or not, the induction fan motor must run at full speed. As a result, a large amount of electric energy will be lost in three aspects, i.e. adjusting air volume by valve when it stops operation or does not produce dust. Through the analysis of three aspects, the paper separately and comprehensively takes measures: mining on and off signals of coal crusher and belt conveyor. Collection, treatment, and management to determine the opening and closing of the corresponding valve; dust collection and processing of dust removal point, control the opening and closing of the valve corresponding to the dust removal point; through the opening and closing of the valve to determine the frequency of the converter. By adding variable frequency power supply and software logic control, environmental protection and power saving are realized, and good results are achieved.
The main coke coal is used to prepare gangue cement and gangue concrete.
